A. Buying Process, Import Responsibility & Cost
You can complete the purchase through a manual B2B transaction process. Because vehicles are high-value goods, we do not currently support direct online checkout or automatic website payment.
First, browse our vehicle catalog and check whether your required model is listed. Vehicles listed in our catalog are usually available in our China-based inventory or sourcing network, which normally allows faster shipment.
If you find a suitable model, submit an inquiry on the vehicle page and leave your contact details. If your inquiry is sent before 18:00 Beijing Time, our team will usually contact you the same day. If it is sent after 18:00 Beijing Time, we will usually respond within 12 hours. We will also consider your time zone and preferred contact time.
If the model you need is not listed, send us the model name, configuration, color, quantity, destination country, and any special requirements. Our China supply-chain team will check available sourcing options. Non-stock vehicles may require a longer lead time.
After we contact you, the normal process is: confirm the model, color, trim, and configuration; provide vehicle videos and photos showing the VIN, nameplate, optional equipment, exterior walkaround, and key details; sign the purchase contract; confirm the price, shipping method, destination, configuration details, and payment account; start export-license and logistics procedures after payment is received; complete customs declaration and shipment; then track the shipment until the vehicle arrives at the destination.

B. Payment
After the vehicle details and price are confirmed, we will issue the relevant purchase documents or proforma invoice and provide the correct USD receiving account according to your country and payment requirements.

Our standard payment method is bank transfer. Depending on the buyer’s country and local restrictions, other arrangements may be available only after compliance review.
For buyers in Kyrgyzstan, cash payment may be available through our local branch. Once the cash payment is completed and confirmed by the local branch, it can be treated as completed payment according to the agreed transaction terms.
For individual buyers, we may also review personal bank transfers or third-party company payments, provided the payer information, contract, invoice, and compliance requirements can be matched and verified.

Based on normal experience, an international bank transfer usually arrives within 2 to 3 business days after remittance, depending on the sending bank, intermediary banks, receiving bank, holidays, and compliance review.

C. Vehicle Verification, Inventory & Shipment
Yes. After vehicles arrive from production or sourcing channels, we conduct inbound inspection before storage. Inspection focuses on the vehicle body and paint, engine fluids such as oil and coolant where applicable, and system checks for new energy vehicles.
Before you purchase the selected vehicle, we will inspect it again and check the paint, powertrain condition, braking system, key vehicle functions, and other visible or testable items. We will also provide photos and videos so that you can verify the vehicle condition remotely.
For higher-value or bulk orders, we recommend agreeing on a clear inspection checklist before contract signing.

D. Warranty, After-Sales & Technical Support
Standard warranty coverage is not automatically included for all exported vehicles. In many cases, Chinese OEM warranties do not apply to vehicles exported outside China through independent trade channels.
